// What about intellectual property rights? To safeguard the integrity of devised creative solutions, by signing up as either a creative or a client/project manager you will be automatically bound by our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use which stipulates that the creative solution remains the intellectual property of the creative until the time the client pays the associated fee(s) for the final winning creative solution - then the creative solution becomes the property of the client.
